From the very beginning in 2006 the concept of Puur (Gouda, The Netherlands) was defined to combine the making and selling of chocolate in the same room. This creates an interaction with the customer at any time of day. Whether they want to drink an expresso or to buy chocolates. The store was designed in its own trendy style, un-Dutch and remembers more to New York or Barcelona. The use of pure materials such as glass, wood and stainless steel makes that the bonbons and other chocolate products are literally exhibited. Also the packages have a clean look. The concept is implemented in all its details from the stainless steel cappuccino cups to the logo on the doors of the toilet.
