The French car group Peugeot is currently developing a new car distribution concept, Peugeot City, with the aim to appeal to an urban, busy and wealthy population by offering more customized services in a nearby format.
The first Peugeot City, designed by W&Cie opened in Paris (France), in the 9th district in March 2010. The shop window with blue and grey colors is sober. Because of the minimal floor space, the boutique displays only a limited range of car models. However, it offers on 4 distinct spaces a maximum range of services in convenient opening hours such as car customization thanks to a tactile showroom, car ordering and delivery, financing services as well as information services and ”MU by Peugeot” renting mobility services.
Future city-center distribution formats are planned to open in Riyadh and Warsaw by the end of the year and then, in large French cities.
